I came to this restaurant and a ROACH was in my food. The drinks were also watered down, not a real Mexican fruit water. We ordered fajitas, My husband ate 1 and I ate 1, I was about to eat the 2nd one but you know how your food falls out of the tortilla sometimes.. well I took a bit and the food fell out at the same time.. I saw the ROACH fall into the queso and immediately spit my food out with fear and disgust. I have a phobia of bugs but besides that.. this is very very NASTY and if the ROACH was cooked in my food or it got in there after my food was cooked... that's a sign that the restaurant is infested with roaches.. we might have already eaten a roach and didn't know, because i wouldn't have known it was there if it didn't fall out of my fajita THAT I WAS EATING. So this place should be SHUT DOWN until it's cleaned and exterminated a few times. A couple next to us saw what happened and left. The owner or manager came as we were leaving.. he said he was the owner.. he also said sorry and this happens from time to time and they just had new management or new branding or something and been working on cleaning it.. and then towards the end of the convo he tries to switch it up and say this rarely happends smh that's still bad! Very bad! this should NEVER happen NEVER EVER we also asked for an incident report and didn't get one. I was in shock and speechless to have experienced this and felt sick. Till this day, it's been some days now and they still did nothing towards fixing it.. they continued business as usual. I told my mom about it she said it was horrible when she went a year or so ago.. she didn't see a roach in her food but the food and drinks were terrible and would never go back. This should never happen.. but it happens often and that's NOT OK and very unfortunate they keep it open. I will be reporting this and I hope they make you fix it. Your place should not be serving food with an infestation of roaches! You should be ashamed of yourself! I feel traumatized all over again just thinking about it and seeing the picture. I will update my message once I know it's good. No one should have to go through this or even risk getting sick by it.
Nachos are damn weird. If you ask to hold a meet from it you will get chips and liquid beans. That’s about it. Funny and sad as how in hell the chef even considers that is OK to release it from the kitchen.
Haven't been there in a long time but since my last visit, menu has changed, food was only ok, service wasn't bad but slow. Apparently a new cook was in charge and everything was overly heavy on red sauce. I won't be returning.
Stopped in for dinner and I must say my group as well as myself were unimpressed as a whole. The food was flavorless all the way down to the queso. -Wait time was as expected -Server was very friendly and attentive -Options on what to eat are limited because the menu is so small -Parking is good I don't feel like the quality of the food and the mixed drinks were worth the money I spent which was close to $200. The food presentation is gorgeous, everyone's dishes looked photo worthy but the taste just didn't live up to the presentation.
Got steak fajitas and there was probably 2 whole onions in the fajitas. Now I like onions but this was CLEARLY to cover up for the clear LACK of steak they put in it. Onions are cheap so they fill it with onions to make it look like you're getting a lot but I had to search for the steak which was cut into small pieces. Yeah, DEFINATLY NOT worth the $18.00 price tag.
My wife and I shared Fajita nachos and they were quite possibly the worst nachos we have ever had. There was less than a handful of meat, we had to order extra cheese because there barely was any, and it was all very bland. 2 "medium" (laughable) margaritas, nachos, and extra cheese. $76 + tip. Seriously? We will never go back.
