Overpriced but no complains you are at airport, my complain is on staff’s behavior, feels like they don’t care. I typically have my breakfast here at times when I am in rush. Suggestion: open step in to order if there are just a few folks, else service time is lot more compare to quality.
Ordered two breakfast bagel sandwiches and I'm very happy. Food was good, the service was nice. Prices were expensive, but that's what you get eating in an airport. The bagel sandwiches were big enough to split between two people easily.
Go to Klein's instead. The service was terrible, long and the guy looked offended that I was ordering something. Really awful experience.
I shouldn’t complain because I knew what I was getting into, but when my family of four ended up paying $77 for 3 sandwiches and a breakfast burrito, I couldn’t believe it. It’s an airport right? But come on!

Abysmal. Whoever manages this place should be fired. Not sure which is colder, the food or the service. They have the ingredients to make good product but lack the desire or leadership to do so. Go elsewhere. Standards at SFO have risen, except here.
