Mason Dixon Bakery & Bistro

I have been to several events where Mason Dixson was the caterers and the food is always top notch. It is so full of flavor and cooked to perfection! I would highly recommend them for any event! 10 out of 10 everytime!

I love mason Dixon so so much. For anyone with dietary restrictions that still wants to go out to eat this place is a godsend. I’ve been unable to eat garlic and onion for a while as well as gluten and dairy which is SUPER difficult, especially going out and mason Dixon has accommodated me every time and is even able to show me a list of exactly what is in each item!!

We loved having Mason Dixon cater our wedding! All of the guests have told us how amazing the food was and the cake was delicious!! My only recommendation is to have 2 serving lines if you have more than 100 guests (so they don't have to wait too long to eat the amazing food). Mason Dixon was so great though and we will definitely reccomend for all of our engaged friends!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mason Dixon. The food is always good- very clean environment and they use clean ingredients which I appreciate as someone who has food sensitivities. Their bakery treats are top notch and they have paleo options. Truly a gem in Huntsville- my go-to place for a good breakfast , lunch and baked goods .

Absolutely LOVE this bakery. It is the one place in town where I do not need to be fearful of what I am eating and having a reaction to it. The baked goods as well as the dine in menu are fantastic!! I am a regular because the service and food are top notch.

One of my favorite places in all of HSV Everything they have is absolutely delicious, and everyone is always super friendly and kind. I love how they have a dessert option for everyone, even if you’re looking for something df, gf, and refined sugar free!! Their chicken apple brie sandwich is filling and flavorful, and my boyfriend said their fried chicken biscuit is one of the best he’s ever had too. I love how they have seasonal flavors for cupcakes and treats here, and you can feel good knowing you’re supporting a local business all while minimizing gluten from your lifestyle (a lot of us are sensitive to it and don’t even realize it… try gluten free for a week or two and you can feel the difference!!) My go to is their house salad with grilled chicken, and of course a paleo cupcake!! We are already looking forward to their Apple Cinnacakes coming back in the fall… one of the best desserts I’ve ever had! Also… their cheesecakes are on the pricier side but my family and I love every bite! They’re absolutely worth the wait and the price for a special occasion.

Great spot for breakfast or lunch! High quality, delicious food, treats and coffee.
