Ordered pizza on their app. 75 minutes later their patent pending tracker system says it's ready. We go. We get to drive-thru window. After waiting for someone to come to the window for literally 12 minutes they say it'll be over an hour more. Absolutely unacceptable. And this happens at this location regularly. Pathetic and incompetent management across-the-board. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Addition: To whoever responded I appreciate the effort but it's boilerplate response. Y'all seriously need either new ownership, new management, new staff or a larger place. This has happened too many times. There's no fixing the chaos and time wasted on 3/22 around 7pm and previous visits. It had been over 6 months since the last time we came and it's only worse this time. There's only one of the 4 things I listed for y'all to do...or ideally all 4. We will NOT be back until we see those changes and even then probably not. Just horrendous experience all around. and based on all the similar boilerplate responses and things never improving, nobody believes y’all actually care.
Ordered a pizza, web site said 35-40 delivery, and 2.5 hours later no pizza. Called and was on hold for 40 minutes. When they answered, and I explained that I’d been waiting forever, the person on the other end said in a very abrupt tone that I wasn’t the only person waiting. SOOOOO, how ironic’al!?!?! Ordered from Pizza Hut while waiting, and they delivered before Dominos even answered the phone. DO NOT USE THIS STORE unless you can pick up. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it IS the last time. Horrible.
Had trouble with the webpage that day, but it usually works great.
The lady that answered the phone needs help learning how to interact with human beings. As I was saying, “thank you” despite her harsh tone, she cut me off and said “yep!” and hung up on me. We order usually once a week from this place, but doubtful we will as much if they can’t be even slightly pleasant to customers. If I want someone rude to make dinner for me, I’d ask my mother in law.

Really hope this place gets shut down. Zero management. Rude employees. Never have your order on time and they could care less. Waited over an hour multiple times and the only answer I can get is too bad.
I honestly can’t remember a time we’ve ordered and not had an issue. Tonight, we were given an estimate of 45-55 min, and we called to see if it was ready after waiting an hour because the app showed it was still in prep. We were told it would be another 45 minutes, and the customer service was terrible when we called. The previous time we ordered, we were told the order was lost despite the app showing it as ready. This scenario has happened a handful of times, and no one has ever apologized for the inconvenience or taken accountability for the errors.
