Food was good at Mark's. Everything else was terrible. Unfriendly staff. Got my meal to go. By the time I got home the food was leaking everywhere. They need to heavily improve their packaging for to go orders. What was left that didn't spill tasted good. Now I gotta go clean my car. I called and complained but the lady there was nasty. Follow up- I got a response to my review from Mark's. Asking me to call them again. I already called them. I already tried to explain what happened before I wrote my review. They already failed. Change your packaging for to go orders. The hot food inside my Styrofoam container almost melted through the container. All over my backseat. No other restaurant's to go order has done that to me in over a decade.
I been coming to Mark’s since 2021 and nothing changed when I say food is awesome!!!and they give you so much!!! Love it!!!
Great spot on the east side of Orlando if you are looking for all of your favorite island meals: jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtails, brown stew chicken and red pea soup…Marks is the spot providing great flavors and spices and good portions. The patties are fire as well I always get the spicy and mild patties. My favorite deserts to get is the cassava pudding and the rum cake. You can enjoy on the go meals or if you just want to dine in you can enjoy your meal with lively music and good vibes!! D
Came in and was ignored as we walked in. I asked the lady in the front if we order first and sit down, or if we take a seat and order. She said. “I can’t read your mind”. I turned around and left immediately. I’ve ordered delivery from here before and T he food was ok at best. Was giving it another try because I understand takeout may not be the best representation of their product. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are MUCH better Jamaican spots around Orlando. And they tread you much better too.
Service and food was great.
"Kaz, and Mo at Marks, Jamaican Bar and Grill delivered an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere transported us straight to the heart of Jamaica. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Each dish was a masterpiece of Jamaican culinary artistry, bursting with authentic flavors and spices that danced on our taste buds. From the tender jerk chicken to the flavorful curry goat, every bite was a celebration of Jamaican cuisine at its finest. And let's not forget the mouthwatering assortment of sides and appetizers, each one more delicious than the last. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and energetic, with reggae music filling the air and adding to the overall vibe. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner with friends or a lively night out, Jamaican Marks is the place to be. In summary, Kaz,Mark and Mo, along with the entire team at Jamaican Marks, have truly outdone themselves. If you're craving authentic Jamaican flavors served with a side of warm hospitality, look no further than this hidden gem. A five-star experience from start to finish!"
