Update to my previous review. Some things have changed but, unfortunately some problems remain. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite mid priced place to get steaks. While the food was good, the service was very slow considering the restaurant was half full. Salads took forever. Steaks even longer! I always order my steak blu but about half the time servers only tell the kitchen rare and I have to send it back. There have been times with excellent service unfortunately it's jusr not consistent.
