Drinks are pricey, service is slow, no pinball. But bowling is fun!

We rented a room and got unlimited hour passes for games and wrist bands. I'll start by saying ALL the staff I interacted with were amazing. Very sweet, great people who were there to answer questions or help out. Fantastic people. However, so many of the games are broken. Especially 2 player ones. And with the unlimited pass, you are already limited to what games you can play. You can't get prizes, earn tickets (totally fair, but makes playing lots of games nearly pointless), or play the VR stuff, so multiplayer is pretty much your only option to enjoy your hour of freeplay. The wristband was fine, and food is actually pretty good.

Great place for entertainment. Especially when they have play all deals for a great price

Fun place for adults and kids. We tried the mini golf and arcade. Both were fun but you could tell some of the stuff had wear and tear. We also tried their food corner and it was decent. Staff were friendly. Overall, go in with low expectations, ready to spend $ and you'll have a fun time. And good luck trying to beat those arcade machines!

Attending a kid's birthday party at Main Event on a busy Friday was mostly a disappointment. The activities themselves are fun, but the group I was with sat and waited at multiple points in the evening. It took over 30 minutes for the group to get arcade cards, and the expectation that the young kids would sit and wait calmly in a small room after eating pizza, cake, and ice cream and knowing all the games waiting for them was not reasonable. There are also severe restrictions on pizzas for birthday parties. For example, adding mushrooms to a cheese or pepperoni pizza was not an option.
