Staff are nearly unable to speak or understand any English. Basically no service even after you request. They just wander around the kitchen but don’t pay any attention to your table and charge 18% gratuity. The elder one was definitely the meanest. Both were hard to communicate with. Food was just average. DO NOT GO.
Def won't be returning. The food was subpar and outrageously overpriced. All the meat lacked flavor and seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge for days. The service was practically nonexistent, yet they piled on extra charges for trivial items—like $1.50 for a minuscule amount of soy sauce. The elderly Korean woman working there was the worst. She audibly rolled her eyes when we repeated our request for the third time. To add insult to injury, she insisted on an 18% gratuity for abysmal service, even though we were a group of four. This experience has completely soured my impression of Korean restaurants. It's baffling that such a terrible establishment manages to maintain a 4.2 rating due to lack of competition. The meal was downright disgusting, and I sincerely hope this place shuts down soon.
