Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Really poor service. Fake brushed on bbq flavor. Missed the point of smoking meats. Sides lacked freshness.

The food was amazing, my server was great and that strawberry lemonade was to die for❤️❤️❤️

On line site from Google maps for Lucille's has menu items listed cheaper than what is charged at store. I looked at their lunch menu and found pulled pork sandwiches for $10.99. Drove to Lucille's to order 3 take out sandwiches and they charged $16.99 each. Total for 3 sandwiches and 2 sides of coleslaw was $62! When I questioned it, I was told I was wrong, that the prices are the same on line as in the store. Thinking I misread the menu, I stepped aside and pulled it up. Then I asked to speak to the manager, and showed her the online price, she said "Oh that's wrong. We raised our prices but haven't had a chance to change that site. You have to go to the original web site with the icon.. I told her that was ridiculous and misleading. So I told her to cancel my order if she was not going to adjust it to the posted price of $10.99 each. She didn't change it, just canceled the order, and then told me it would take 1-3 days for the refund! I will never go here again!

Good food, good atmosphere, good service.
