This is not just food, it was a unforgettable dining experience. The couple and their staff were so personable and attending. Yes, there is a wait, but it's so worth it. We tried three pasta and one pizza, I wish we tried every item on the menu!

We ordered take-away, and it was amazing! Very convenient (place your order earlier in the day) and very, very tasty. Best pasta to be had in the LA area. The shop is family run, and even just picking up my food I was greeted with the friendliest reception. They even let me sample some of the new stuff on the menu! I definitely plan on going back regularly

The food is good, but it just takes way too long to get it. And forget about dining in, it takes at least 40 minutes to get your food (the place is small). Best thing is to order on the phone and get your food whenever they say it's ready. Which varies considerably. Pity, because it has the potential to be a great restaurant. Post-response edit: yes, absolutely, the best way to run a business is not to accommodate your customers. It's to antagonize them! You said you can wait forever because you're human. Has it ever occurred to you that "forever" is actually quantifiable, and some people may not deem it acceptable? I'm sorry I had the "audacity" to complain. In your world, it's obviously something customers shouldn't be allowed to do. Are you the only fresh pasta shop in SoCal? Nope. And yet, I've had absolutely no problem with any of the others.
