Great burgers and atmosphere
The lady Behind the counter was super helpful and attentive. For a place that sells burgers, they need to step they game up on the bread. It just didn't feel right like it was maybe too much bread compared to the meat.
Food was low quality, patties tasted like the prefrozen pucks you get from Sam's. Fries were subpar.
Great place. They have a limited menu right now. I got the burger, but the crispy chicken sandwich looked better. The service is very fast, so it's a good place to grab something before your flight. 2024 update: The crispy chicken sandwich is awesome. Highly recommended!
The preferred ordering method is via a code on the table that facilitates ordering from your phone, which seems to be all the rage these days. The gal in the bar was working her tail off. The gal bringing food and standing at the counter smiled and was nice enough. She did eventually help am elderly couple who were ready to leave because of the technological requirements. The place has a Subway bar kinda feel to it. My table added a bit of adventure to the experience with its rocking and rolling, but strategically folded napkins under a foot remedied that pretty quickly. I ordered a burger without a bun, which seemed to boggle their minds a bit, but they figured it out. It wasn't a delicious lettuce wrap like I get at Carl's Jr., by it was edible. The egg and the patty were dryyyyy, and for the price, pathetic really. The burger was maybe medium and warm. I've already mentioned Carl's Jr. for comparison, which has always been better than this, but I got bumped up to first class on my next leg on Alaska, and that burger, on an airplane, out the one here to absolute shame. I won't eat here again.
Look at the fish filet size and decide yourself why this was disappointing…
Had to be pretty desperate... did a dirty double love burger... and hot dog w/ cheese & jalapenos... $23... Got a tiny plane double burger (patty had gristle dry w/ no flavor. Hot dog was incredibly small as well... bun was cold. Just sorry I tried, but hunger got the best of me.
Worst nachos ever. The QR code system wasn’t working for a lot of people.
So sad that American cheeseburger has become this. Some self reflection is needed here, When Mac Donald’s tastes better you know you have a problem !
