Was my first time here. The view is AMAZING. Dope rooftop joint that gives grown man/woman vibes. I had the fried mushrooms and some type of steak,which was good once you add some salt,and sauce to it.

This rooftop bar has the best views in the city of Nashville, and the cocktails were good. However, the bartenders were not friendly at all. My friend and I sat at the bar, and we felt like the bartenders were ignoring us for awhile, and they didn’t show any interest in explaining the drinks on the menu to us. Our bartender didn’t smile once at us, and showed no expression when taking our order.

lou/na has the best views in the city of Nashville! They offer a beautiful ambiance with a nice sized bar with a gorgeous rooftop patio. Equipped with fire pits and plenty of heaters, this is the place to be. They have a great happy hour and finally expanded their food menu. Definitely a great place to go for a first date or a casual meet up with your friends. Parking is valet and can be validated for two hours free with a purchase in the Grand Hyatt. Definitely worth it. Parking: Valet is free for up to two hours as long as you get validation.

Service was so great and they were very friendly...

This is the rooftop bar at the Grand Hyatt. I was surprised at the poor service here compared to the excellent service throughout the hotel. The drinks and charcuterie board were pretty good. The views were worth a trip, even though we didn't venture out on to the patio.
