Excellent cupcake

The atmosphere and service are great, but the cake is always dry. I love that it is open late, which I why I go occasionally, but the food is not worth it.

Best bakery ever, I cannot go into the city without stopping by here! I love the vegan strawberry cupcake, and the hostess cake!

So good! Service is a little slow at the check-out but they are friendly and the cake is amazing.

Rich. Fresh - expensive

The best cake store in the city!! I had heard great things about this place on socials. The cutest store with loads of great merchandise. But the cakes. I cannot even. Best chocolate cake in America is absolutely deserved. Can see why a lot of celebrities choose this store and it is featured on TV 100/10. Wish I could come everyday.

The place is super cute and the service is fine, but their chocolate cake is completely over hyped. It's over the top sweet and there's really nothing remarkable going on there. Basic chocolate cake (it is good but it's not hard to bake a good chocolate cake), way too sweet buttercream and strangely bitter ganache?? You would think the overly sweet and bitter would balance each other but they don't, it's just two very jarring experiences going on at once. One slice gave me four servings just because it was so dang heavy. I definitely still want to try the good humor inspired strawberry shortcake though but my expectations are definitely lower.

I was really excited to try this place since my sister has been before and said the Brooklyn blackout cake was very good. When she brought me, we decided to try two different flavors, a red velvet slice of cake and a carrot cake cupcake. They both looked really good in the case, but upon biting in, both cakes were super dry and the frosting was hard as well, almost as if it’s been sitting out for days. The red velvet had a very weird frosting that didn’t taste like cream cheese. Both desserts were flavorless and made us feel gross after eating. We couldn’t event finish the whole thing. Was super disappointed and will not be returning.

The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was delicious. The carrot cake cupcake was yummy too!
