My aunt likes this place, she bought 7 orders. The pork, and fresh shrimp is probably the best, but so is an 'off menu item', cilantro cheung fun, love it. The beef, chicken, and dried shrimp, not my favorite(Not for me). Don't add peanut sauce, it just muddles the flavors, making it, less enjoyable. Sadly to say this was the last full meal, she ever got to eat.
I think about these rice rolls constantly
Really tasty and great value, always opt to add the egg! Probably one of the best chasiu amongst all the cheongfun stalls in Chinatown. The skin is on the thicker side (Cantonese style) , similar to the dimsum parlours vs. The thin and silky kind (Taiwanese). The lady owner is super thoughtful and kind.
I tried the rice roll with egg and hot sauce, so Delicious and smooth
The rice rolls are a perfect chewy texture, shrimps cooked perfectly, and the sauce poured on top is savory and not sweet like some places. Worth the wait!
For the price, this can’t be beat. Portions are generous and they are freshly made. Definitely a must have when in Chinatown.
