I only gave the diner 1 star because they are permently closed it looks like but google isn't updated. It's a shame it seemed really nice.
We stopped in because we live nearby and wanted to try a new spot. Lots of potential but won't be back soon. Echoing what others have said the server did not seem happy to be taking care of us. Most of the items we wanted were out of stock or she was unable to make them due to being short staffed, no milkshakes available, no breakfast, we ended up ordering burgers that were pretty good. The price was right but the restaurants operations need to be shored up before I'll be back.
Went here for breakfast this morning. Food was what it was. Server was lovely. HOWEVER, they serve all their drinks (water, tea, coffee etc.) in Styrofoam cups, with plastic lids and plastic straws. Plus, they also severed their butter in individual plastic containers, INSIDE another Styrofoam cup. ... There were also two trays of regular mugs visibile in the servery... Honestly with the current global climate this is objectively unnecessary and ignorant. It needs to be addressed.
We walked in a few minutes before closing and they still made us an amazing lunch and never rushed us. Great food and service!
Really sad to see this closed. Another new smoke shop open next door though. This city is deteriorating.
This diner is a great spot. The hostess responded immediately with a smile, menu and was ready to serve.
Very nice greek omelet, fast friendly service
The skillet was delicious; definitely hit the spot, but the best part of the experience was my server Karishma (I hope I spelled that right lol).
