Lark and Owl

This place sucks. I got an açaí bowl this morning: I was the only customer yet it still took 20 mins until I got my bowl. Then, after finally getting it, it was frozen chunks with 75% granola and hardly any fruit/acai. the acai appeared frozen, as if it had come from one of the costco frozen packets (it tasted identical). Overall a horrible experience. the bowls are insanely overpriced for such minuscule proportions. DONT EAT HERE!

Disappointed, unfortunately our pizza was not as amazing as all of these reviews. Our pizza was undercooked and soggy from all the grease. We also got the arugula salad and that is why I have three stars instead of 2. It was fresh and decently sized but also on the expensive side.

Delicious fresh sandwiches I recommend

The Italian buffet provided a cozy ambiance and enticing aromas, setting the stage for a memorable meal. Updated review in 2024: Regrettably, I am dropping my review to 2 stars due to the poor quality and increased prices. The turkey avocado has changed in the last six months and the pastrami sandwich was shameful (picture attached). The salads have always been subpar in my opinion. Their pizza has been good in the past but I haven't tried the pizza again since noticing the poor quality of the sandwiches. Lark and Owl used to be a staple for me so I'm hopeful they will improve. Went for a lunch meeting with another local merchant - service was great and personal, and they convinced me to try their organic tomatoes along with the (delicious) turkey sandwich. And they were right - the tomatoes & the sandwich were both terrific! Strongly recommend as a good place to eat and sit (lovely patio setting...) Kid-friendliness: Open setting with outdoor seating, plenty of space for kids to run around without trouble. Wheelchair accessibility: On the sidewalk and with a nice plaza around it - all mostly flat and accessible.

Food was made fresh & the taste was immaculate. Love this place.

Waited over 35 minutes for a house salad with salmon and eggplant parm sandwich with literally no one in line. My wife's salad came with cheese all over the top when it was ordered on the side, for me. She can't eat dairy. Her salmon was very greasy and over cooked. The salad was doused in so much balsamic it was overpowering. My eggplant parm sandwich was no better than a C. Lots of bread and breading with a generous slice of cheese, little actual eggplant. Disappointing, especially given the price. Maybe the pizza's good but our meal wasn't.

The food is mind blowing. Every single dish is super tasty. The smoothie are heavy and a meal in their own so be careful in ordering the smoothie after food.
