Always a pleasure to stop on here after a long all along the boardwalk… the food is always delicious and the staff is awesome ❤️

Gorgeous romantic setting and great service! Chili mango margaritas were made perfectly. They ran out of red snapper, but the scallops were excellent. Highly recommend!

Tower 23 JRDN restaurant is The place to go is to get a seat on the patio guarantees the most enjoyable people-watching in town — rollerbladers, bicyclists, strolling tourists, and dog-walkers all out making the most of life. Great place for homemade traditional egg breakfasts! Check out the eggs Benedict!

Service was slow but friendly. Hardly anyone dinning, but the bar patrons got most the attention. We sat out on 1st floor patio. Food was good.

Reasonably busy on the Friday evening we visited. The restaurant was clean and the greeting was pleasant. It's a fairly young crowd at JRDN. Overall, the service was average and the same can be said about the food. Wine wasn't chilled enough and the two draft beers we sampled weren't that good. Hence, I can only award 3 stars.
