La Sirena Grill

Horrible customer service! I placed an online order and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized I had MULTIPLE items missing. I tried calling SEVERAL times to cancel the rest of the order however only their voicemail picks up which states to not leave a VM. I only drove back because a second full bag of food items was missing. When I went to the counter to explain, the employee said it was also our fault for not checking the order. Although he had a point, the tone and way of saying it was extremely disappointing and rude. It is a standard procedure that all to go items should be checked by employees. Where is the presence of management? Bad look for La Sirena Grill to have an employee that is comfortable to talk like that to a customer. However La Sirena Grill in downtown Laguna rocks not just in food but customer service. Take notes.

We had the Veggie Burrito and Salmon & Calamari Taco. Both was really good. Much better than the usual Mexican food you find at chain restaurants. Sat outside in the sun.

Best organic non greasy Mexican food. Amazing beers on tap including Pliny, and great Docent beers

I would suggest if you are visiting beach... Simply pack your food from here.. go to the beach and enjoy ... Dining in options and outside benches are also there... Great food .

I had their Baja fish Tacos and their taquitos plater. It was absolutely delicious! Very quick service. It didn't take long for our food to arrive. Cute little restaurant!

I've eaten here several times before and loved the food and portion sizes. After about the first year we noticed the quality being less than it had been. Now we hardly ever eat there after our last couple of meals. But I decided to try it again last night. For $17, I got small portions of beans and rice that were barely warm (I drove 7 miles home so the food wasn't in the car for more than 10 to 15 minutes max) and super small greasy taquitos, with two having burned ends. Honestly it looked like a bad cafeteria meal. I'm really bummed about this because we used to love the food and ate there for dinners and lunches. We used to take friends there but stopped pretty much all together after our last meal a few months ago. I'm leaving this review in hopes that whoever is running this place will get it back to what it used to be, which would have gotten 5 stars from me. Fingers crossed that things improve.

What happened LaSirena… this place used to be the best. I ordered the Carnitas burrito for lunch. It was ready fast but cold, and the meat was chunky had zero flavor
