It was one minute before the closing time ..we were at Starbucks having coffee, while my sugar went low I wanted to buy a cookie ..one more time it was ONE MINUTE BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME…barista said we r out of cookies)) there were bunch of cookies available )she said we r closed with such a customer- hating attitude (thanks god she didn’t scratch me ) that I felt she is pretty unhappy with her job or life or both.. whatever..such a ppl suppose not to work in Starbucks ….We love Starbucks .. but make sure you hire the right ones who also carry a lil bit human within their box.
Not sure why or how, but the cashier messed up my order 3 different ways; we ordered a hot venti Americano with some ice, a pesto sandwich, a grilled cheese, ham croissant, a donut, a white mocha, and a hazelnut latte. The cashier forgot to charge us for the sandwiches, so she called me over to pay for them. I understand that mistakes happen, so I just paid and collected my pastry items and 2 sandwiches. Then I was called to collect a drink, so I walk over and see that they gave me an iced americano. We go and ask for clarification and to change the order. I was a bit peeved considering two different mistakes, but then we get our americano and it was supposed to have ice in the drink itself along with sugar but we were just given an Americano with milk and a side cup of ice. The cashier was a red-haired lady; sorry ma'am, but I hope you're ok because that's the most mistakes I've ever had on a Starbucks order.
