What’s not to like. Ice cream at its absolute BEST!

I've been a loyal customer of this ice cream shop for about 10 years now, and I can't sing its praises enough! The moment I walk in, I'm greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Stacy, who has become like a familiar friend over the years. She remembers me and my family by name, and always makes us feel special. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. And of course, the ice cream itself is always top-notch - creamy, flavorful, and expertly crafted into the most delicious treats. I've tried many ice cream shops over the years, but this one remains my favorite, thanks in large part to Stacy's exceptional service. If you're looking for a sweet treat and a truly special experience, look no further!

Pricey, decent ice cream

Good ice cream. Small servings for the price.

Everything they make is great. The ice cream was awesome as usual. They even have a sugar-free version that was very good. I expect to pay a little more at an ice cream shop, but their prices have gone sky high. Pretty outrageous. We paid close to $16 per person for two scoops of ice cream. Nuts!!

Joe and Terrell are amazing assets to this company. Very amazing service they provided me and a family of 8. They explained how things were made and history of the company and fudge. Amazing experience and the milkshakes are phenomenal. We got to watch how they make the cones and the fudge, which was also another great experience. Mary’Ann at the fudge counter definitely needs more training in customer service. I didn’t purchase fudge because of how she treated us.

My husband and I searched for fresh made waffle cones! You will be so happy! Kilwins is a winner. Toya is very friendly funny and makes the ice cream process fun! Personality is everything and Toya has a great way of making you feel good as a customer. The new Orleans Praline Pecan is so delicious! You won’t be disappointed!
