This review is from last month. January 22, 2024 I placed my order on the app and it was supposed to be ready by 11:32am. This was during the week we had really bad rain. So I went through the drive thru and asked if the order was ready. The lady in the speaker rudely told me they had multiple orders and mine wasn’t ready yet and that it was for in-store pick up. No problem, I drove around, parked and waited 10 minutes to walk inside to pick up my order. When I walked inside I saw a lady standing at the register and asked if my order was ready. She had my order but asked for my license. I was confused since this is the first time a fast food restaurant ask for a license for an order that was placed on the app and was less than $5. I had left my wallet in the car I didn’t want to walk out side in the rain so I asked her if I could just show her the app it has my name and order number. She said NO I need your license to see your name. All the conversation is on the video. I kindly told her to eat it and enjoy the food herself and walked out. Contacted KFC customer service and deleted the KFC app from my phone and have not gone back to this restaurant or any other KFC as I find this very unpleasant, unacceptable, disrespectful to all customers to be asked for a license or a legal document to pick up a $5 order. If it was a $20, $50 or $100 order I get it but ask for a license for a $5 order??? Keep the food, keep the same ugly attitude towards customers and lose clients. There are plenty of options and better food in the area than this KFC. Pay attention to all the reviews on here clearly not only do they have bad customer service but the food quality is also as bad.
Siempre se tardan demasiado en sacar las órdenes nose poque si el pollo ya viene cocido solo es de calentar y hay barios empleados y de todos no se hace uno. &(
Just left there was there 3 hours before they closed. Kindly asked for a family meal. Lady straight out said we only have leg and thigh. I asked i dont mind waiting for breast ect how long is the wait? She was like were not cooking anynore. I was like ok ill try a diff place. They just lost on $60 plus dollars oh well.

I order a family meal for dinner on February 8th, when I went to pickup it wasn't ready and they told me to way for another 35 min, which I didn't agree, I told them to cancel my order and they told me to cancel online, I couldn't do it so I call their customer service and cancel the order is been a week and they haven't give me my money back, I called 4 times already and I keep getting the same answer over and over again, that somebody will contact me over the phone and email me once my refund is issued, horrible customer service from store and corporate. Won't be coming back again.
