I’m a freelancer and I’m here at Nordstrom often. I was in line at the South Coast location when a man cut in front of the line (that was wrapped around into the hallway) to ask “do you sell bottles of water?”, NOT a cup of ice water, a water BOTTLE, to which the cashier said “sure, I can help you here” and started helping him as the man who was ACTUALLY NEXT gave me a look like “can you believe this?!” The manager was walking down the line, taking orders, so I said “did that guy just cut the line? That’s so rude!” The manager simply turned, saw the man, and shrugged as she continued to take orders. SERIOUSLY?!?! I refuse to give my hard earned money to any place that doesn’t care about their customers. No apology to the man who was cut off in line, no “sir you’ll have to wait in line or you can get a cup of ice water at the counter”, no customer service. I’ll go to the ebar at Spectrum when I’m there instead.
