I always go in before my overnight hospital shift and the service has always been great and the employees phenomenal. Alondra, Andrea and Manuela pretty much have my order memorized at this point. They are always kind and friendly.

Ravelle j had great customer service and was very kind and helpful.

KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's a big restaurant where they make really yummy chicken that's cooked in a special way to be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have all sorts of chicken dishes, like chicken pieces, sandwiches, and even salads for people who want something different. Plus, they have some tasty sides like mashed potatoes and biscuits. People go there when they want a tasty meal without having to cook at home.

They say one price at the speaker and charge you different at the window. Every night in the drive through they say they have no chicken! No customer service standards or concern with making the owners money for selling something worth buying. These days people need convenience and something quick and dependable in the community. I'll go somewhere else. No help. No thanks.

Andrea was amazing I went into Kfc Taco Bell very tired because we are in the process of moving. Andrea was communicative kind receptive to things that I was saying made. Sure my order was correct and went out of her way to give me really great customer service. I was able to call ahead for a pot pie for my daughter and she made sure that it was there. I also have a daughter with autism who can only really eat the drumsticks because she is sensory, and she went out of her way to make sure that she gave her all drumsticks for her meal Again just an overall really great experience. That is hard to find nowadays in fast food. Thank Great you for the great experience and for the kindness and the gestures. That showed me that you genuinely care about making people happy and giving customers satisfaction. Thank you so much, Andrea.
