Uptown & Humboldt

The owner was very welcoming and offered to serve my friends and I even after they had stopped taking orders for the day. It was snowing and the work day was ending but they still served us and it was even free. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some great food.

Me and a couple buddies walked up to the food truck as they were closing and had already shut down their ordering system. Instead of turning us away, they offered to instead fire up the grill anyways and give us our food for free. Haven’t even sunk my teeth into the burger yet but they for sure get 5 stars

Food halls are always fun, especially when you find a gem! Uptown & Humbolt exceeded my expectations. Every plate we tried was delicious. The Truffle Manchengo Croquettes were 5star! The Chicken Shawarma was marinated to mouth-watering perfection. We also got the Green Chile Egg Rolls, very flavorful. Honestly, a great Sunday Funday spot with a bar conveniently located across from Uptown….

Ventured into Zeppelin Station craving a breakfast burrito fix, but alas, Uptown & Humboldt was still in snooze mode. However, the owner, sensing our breakfast burrito desperation, sprang into action, whipping up a masterpiece that defied all expectations! Bursting with hearty flavors and wrapped in pure satisfaction, it instantly became one of my top breakfast burrito experiences. Whether you're at Zeppelin Station, Mercury Cafe, or anywhere else serving up Uptown & Humboldt's delights, do yourself a favor and indulge in their breakfast burrito—it's a culinary adventure you won't want to miss!

The Cubano bowl was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. My complements to Chef Gio.

I had Uptown & Humboldt for dinner on my first ever night in Denver. The gyro was ridiculously good. It hit the spot and the flavor profile was phenomenal. Just as important, though: Gio is an awesome chef and a class act. Really just an awesome human who has clearly perfected his craft. As an outsider who had never been to Denver - I cannot recommend them enough. I will be coming back every time I'm in the city.
