I bought food to go. They got the other correct today. Parking: Probably okay most of the time. I get food to go for the family most of the time. Kid-friendliness: I am pretty sure there isn't a problem indoors, but I haven't done that yet.
Very clean. Very fast service.
Good customer service, extremely fast. I was eating my lunch within 5 minutes of walking into KFC. my one and only complaint was the price. Over 12 dollars for a 3 piece meal. Fast food is no longer inexpensive food.
This place is going down hill. Chickens are fried in old oils. What's bad is that no one read customers reviews to fix things. Oh well...vons chicken is not bad...
What can I say about my experience at this KFC; to sum it up simply, disappointing. This KFC is a prime example of how not all chain restaurants are created equally and the importance of good management. Staff was professional and took my order correctly, but that was the highlight of our experience. There was a short wait on biscuits, so we pulled to the front to wait for our meal. I thought; excellent who doesn’t love fresh biscuits… When our order was brought out, we did our usual bag check. This become part of our routine, at this location, as they have left out items on several past trips. This has happened more often than seems possible by random occurrence. Sure enough, we had to turn around because they had forgotten one of our main dishes this time. We pulled back through and received the forgotten items without incident. When we got home everyone sat at the table and we started to serve dinner. As we began to eat we discovered one disappointment after another. Our Chicken sandwiches were dry, to the point they weren’t eaten (at least by people). Next we served some mac-n-cheese, the corners of the noodles were dry, hard and discolored. It had obviously been sitting out longer than any other KFC would allow. Then there was the chicken, to start there was a glimmer of hope as I bit into a perfectly cooked drumstick. It turned out to be the only fresh thing in the box, the rest was off in both appearance and taste. Having thrown most of the meal so far to the dogs, I looked at what was left and said, “well it can’t be all bad right…” So we tried the nuggets and fries next, babies wouldn’t eat them. Fries were so hard you could have stacked Dracula through the heart with them and nuggets could have been used as wrist-rocket ammunition to ward off a zombie attack. So we kept these for days to come…not really, they went into the dog pile as well. Now the last thing on the table was a pile of hot fresh biscuits, well at least we can all enjoy a biscuit with a little honey and butter right? Wrong, I bit into the biscuit only to discover it was doughy in the middle! Lol guess the dogs are going to feast tonight, hope when we wake up in the morning they are all still with us. Ill keep you posted :) I think this KFC needs to go back to basics and revisit the franchise standards that are in place to ensure customers are getting a consistent quality product. In short this KFC location is giving a bad name to KFCs everywhere and something should be done, before the reputation of poor food handling and low quality spreads to other franchise locations. P.S. There is literally writing on the wall that seems to threaten employees if there is any food waste, which seems to promote the serving of product beyond fresh. Again maybe revisit KFC standards; KFC is a great product if you adhere to their standards.
The chicken tasted really old and dried out. And I called 3 times, no answer.
So cols in there. I came out with a cold
Nice, friendly service. Standard KFC food
