Worst customer service ever

Went two days prior had good experience other than customer service was slow went this time and it wasn't that good of experience due to the fact they put rock hard biscuits in my meal took him 20 minutes to make new ones and nobody seemed to concerned about the product they shoved out the window. Parking: Parking was good Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible was good
