QDOBA Mexican Eats

I love to eat at qdoba, but the people working here are trash, always have a bad attitude, and they ignore you when you are trying to order. The portions they serve you are not worth what im paying. They used to give you small ships free when you ask for a bowl now they charge you gor everything. I used to pay 10 to 15 per person now. im spending 20 to almost 30 per person. Restaurant is always dirty and nasty. It looks like they never clean. That's why i always get to go my food. They need to train better their people or get different people who will joy their work.

Can't go wrong with Qdoba! Delicious food and the shrimp was on point!

New fan of this place! Love their bowls! Nice to get a freshly made option at a reasonable price. If you are looking for something that is both yummy and healthy, assuming you choose wisely, this is a great go to location! Their pickled onions are delicious! Parking: Parking is easy but figuring out how to enter at night is a challenge. There's not an entrance directly to this location...

Very friendly and helpful

Only the second time here. Order was incorrect and I ordered online. I don't understand how it can be wrong when it's ordered online and the ingredients and order are listed out on a screen, but somehow it was. Other than the $43 order being wrong everything was OK. Back to Chipotle on Peoria I guess, they ALWAYS get it right. Thought I would give Qdoba a shot.

2/3/24 we ordered a $78 family meal for delivery, when we received only half the order we called the store and we directed to the manager. The manager was aggressive, defensive and rude and wouldn’t listen to what we were missing, suddenly we were talking to Roxana who was polite and professional and she resolved our issue. Whomever the manager is should not hold that position, bad day or not, there are no excuses for that type to treatment toward a customer. Thank you Roxana for making things right!
