Just Salad

I've been a loyal customer to Just Salad throughout most locations in NYC. My visit around lunch at this location was the best experience I've had. The employee who helped me had a blue shirt on which I assume was a supervisor or manager and it looks like he had braids in his hair. I wish I got his name, but he was very kind, knowledgable, and patient with me. I usually get something different every time I go to Just Salad and employees at other locations seemed very annoyed when I ask a lot of questions since I can only eat certain things. My salad was amazing and the place was clean for the most part! He deserves a raise!

Total shtshow during lunch. I don’t think they are handling back to office transition very well

They have good salads and good staff was there this Saturday and it was pretty chill. I'm trying to lose weight and this place has great protein options and the manager even helped me out personally Super friendly! Will be coming back again.

People there are impatient to look for my order . I ordered online and went there at the pickup time. The food was delayed more than 20mins and way much less than it should be

I come here for the freshest salad ingredients and excellent customer services by team member Daniella!!!! She is an asset to this establishment!

Staff really sucks, not a smile just frowns and the taller woman who handed me my salad literally said “here take it” … she squeeze a sad glop of dressing and barely mixed it up into the salad, made me a sad on smoothie that wasn’t even mixed properly…..everyone in town literally says to go to chopt instead so I guess I’ll go there Just close or rehire staff

Went to the Lexington Ave. location. Excellent salads made by Coleen for my dining companion and me. She treated us like family. Freshness and quality are top notch. Will come back soon.
