Service sucks! We never got our order and not a word about a delay or a mistake. After 1 hour waiting we had to cancel the order and leave.

-Wings are awesome!! Better than Dugans. -Premium drinks are great with the right bartender. -Potential to be a cool lil hangout. -Only gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️ due to uncleanliness. Its dark and univiting. Absolutely hate when a good establishment dont keep top tier cleaning. Makes the kitchen seems horribly dirty. There are wing eaters who'd rather come to JR Crickets and catch a game than going across the street. Need to call in the professional restaurant cleaners and brighten it up a bit!

They are so rude & unprofessional. Everyone has attitudes , if I could give a 0 of 5 I would. Do not eat here

Very disrespectful , Closed an Hour Early. The manager had her Homegirls in there saying “We’re closed SORRY, Maybe next Time” while her friends were sitting at the bar. I will NEVER spend another dime here

They charge more now and give you less food than before

EXCELLENT little neighborhood spot. It's in an odd corner across the street from NorthLake mall by the old FedEx Kinkos. The service is great, food is cooked to order, fresh and extremely hot when it hits the table. It's worth the wait! They don't ONLY have wings, they also have sandwiches, salads, wraps, quesadillas, fish, chicken, and all sorts of variety on the menu to suit all cravings. It's perfect for groups and you'll be happy you came.

Everything I order wings a 20 piece YALL ALWAYS GIVE ME 20 DRUMS.....WHEN I DIDN'T ASKED FOR THEM. YOU SHOULD SPLIT THE ORDER GIVE ME A EQUAL AMOUNT OF 10FLATS AND 10 DRUMS...YALL TRYING TO GET OVER,BECAUSE IF I ORDER 20 FLAT YOU CHARGE A EXTRA 2.00/3.00 WHICH I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAY!! ALSO EVERYTIME I COME THE FLOOR IS ALWAYS GREASS/SLIPPERY/OILY WHERE I ALMOST SLIP ANDI ASK WHY PLEASE USE SOME DEGREASER ON THE FLOOR
