A little disappointed. Not horrible, but very underwhelming
Ordered delivery for $60 worth of food one day and waited an hour with no update until someone finally called and said they “ran out of bread” (based on other reviews it looks like they use this excuse a lot) and that they were on the way with our order now. Another hour goes by and we hear nothing from them. We never got our food and eventually had to request a refund. A week goes by and, thinking that last time was just a fluke, we ordered again. The food got here in a decent amount of time, but we opened the bag to see our entire $50 order (just 2 subs and a side) was wrong. We called to tell them and tried to be as kind as possible, but they seemed incredibly upset that we called at all. We could even hear another staff member complaining that we called in the background. Terrible service, very unprofessional. Would recommend literally any of the other 3 or 4 nearby sandwich shops over this one.
Messed up my order. Didn't check it until I got home. Gm refunded my order.

Ordered on door dash and it never came. Called twice to see what was going on after 45 min. They said they hit a rush and that it was currently being made and it was headed out soon. 30 minutes later. Nothing. Order just said completed. Called again and they said their system was weird sometimes and the order was still at the store and they’d have a driver take it out. Never arrived. Just awful.
Ordered online and got a pasta salad with an expired sell by date. Submitted feedback through the website and have not heard back.
Ask for Max if you have service issues with your order. He told me I was credited back the entire amount for my original "disastrously made" giant hunt club, so I'll be on the lookout for that. #77. He was extremely kind and courteous on the phone and in person. I appreciate the great customer service!
Great place. Nice music and vibe. Jessy prepared my food. She was very friendly. Will definitely be back!
