Donatos Pizza

Quick service and great food

We order from the South Huntsville location often. I always order our subs with dressing on the side to prevent them from being soggy. When our food was delivered tonight the pizza and wings were fine, the veggy sub was missing the ham we paid to add, and all the subs were soggy because they had dressing on them. I called and spoke to the manager Beth, she said they would not deliver new subs. I had the option to go pick up new subs myself or I could get a credit for later use. After I asked if the owner was there she refunded me for the order. There is absolutely no reason they should not have been able to remake my subs and deliver the correct ones.

Aaron went WAY over and above for my family. I came to place an order for a funeral the next day for my family coming into town. When he found out the circumstances, he comped the meal for us. It was exactly on time when I needed it, and delicious. Amazing customer service and quality of food.

Ordered some pizza for pick up today and had the pleasure of being served by one of the employees, Jasmine. She was so helpful and kind and made sure my order was great. Very good service and very good food!

We really enjoy Donatos. They were so nice and awesome. Will be going back again. Pizza was wonderful we really enjoyed it. We even got the heart shaped Valentine's Day Pizza. Wasn't cut so they didn't break our hearts.
