Sandwich was not as good as I had been told it would be. Looked nothing like the pics in their advertising. Got the BLT and the bacon was cold, limp, and chewy. Won't order it again.

Priscilla and Chris are easily 2 of the most welcoming and nice employees that me and my wife have ever met. They didnt mind my numerous questions about pricing, they made our food quickly, but right. I really hope that if your owners are looking for managers, these 2 deserve to be acknowledged

I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.
