Jersey Mike's Subs

Last week, I received a different sandwich on my pickup order and assumed it was an off day. Today, I got my usual with double meat which costs extra. Got home and the toppings were missing, sandwich wasn’t cut, and there was two slices of turkey for the whole sandwich - it was mainly bread and lettuce. I hope this location will improve because it has been good in the past.

On a recent sandwich, sooo much bread and sooo little in between. Ended-up adding my own stuff to the other half.

Until very recently, I hadn't had a Jersey Mike's sub in 4 years. This location did not disappoint. Gotta get it. "Mike's way." The staff was excellent. They were not that busy, but the manager even stepped in to make my sandwich. I'm going back soon.

I am from Jersey, so I am partial to their Italian hero sandwiches. With that said, I have not always been pleased with the portion sizes nor the way the sandwiches were made here despite me trying to guide the employee on my preference. My visit on this occasion was SPOT ON! The customer service as soon as entered was friendly and welcoming and it was busy, but they still took the time to acknowledge us coming in. The person making my sandwich listened and made the sandwich the way I wanted it and didn’t just follow the standard. The portion of toppings was plentiful too. Perhaps a newer crew at this location. Either way, was pleasantly surprised and will be back!

Prompt, efficient service. Really good Philly cheesesteak.
