Stopped to get 2 coffee and 1 croissant. The waitress first served my black coffee without pushing the lid correctly on. When I grabbed the cup, it spilled burning hot coffee on my hand. The waitress did not apologize nor did seem to care. I had to ask for napkins. About ten minutes later I got the croissant. After 20 minutes, I inquired about the latte, she said they were working on it. After 25 minutes I left without ever getting my full order! So disappointing!
Staff was very fast and extremely friendly. It was very clear they took a lot of care in executing accurate and kind service. They’re great at connecting with guests.

I never know what to order due to the fact the ingredients in a drink seem to change depending upon who's working. That's very confusing. I went in two weeks ago for an iced coffee for my daughter and me. Was asked if I wanted cream and said yes. We both loved our drink saying it's the best we've had there. Went in about a week ago for the same drink and said I wanted cream. She looked confused, saying it came with it. Wonderful tho slightly confused. Got the drink and it tasted nowhere near the same nor was it the same color as last time. Now Idk which is right or what I should say to get the original drink again. Confused and disappointed. However, I will go and try again.
Stays crowded, so staff are extremely busy. Service was good, but I don't see many smiles because of customer volume. You can't build relationships and get to know staff (they ain't got time for that ). Always excellent, fast service. Coffee is great.
