Jimmy John’s always hits the right spot. The Gargantuan delivers on a different level of other sandwiches. If they had olives as sandwich topper it would be even better.

Very unprofessional employees here. They will pester you for a tip. Nightmare scenario. Picked up some food here, I tapped no tip on the payment screen since it’s a fast food establishment and I’m taking my food to go. The employees immediately and shamelessly asks why I left no tip, in an attempt to try to humiliate and/or intimidate customers for tips. My friend had the same situation happened to them when they ordered their lunch for delivery. The actual Jimmy John’s driver believed a $5 tip on a $15 order going 8 minutes away was not sufficient enough. Definitely avoiding this place.

Is there anything more classic than an Italian sub on fresh bread with all the fixins? This place rocks my socks! They have friendly and quick staff behind the counter. JJs can be trusted, is consistent in quality, taste and service. I’m your #1 fan, JJ. Much love, Skye

I love JJ and I order once a week but not sure I should continue to. The last 4x I have ordered a SPICY Italian sub they didn’t put hot peppers. I let it go the last 3x but last night I called to let them know since we ordered two spicy subs both missing peppers as well as additional toppings. After speaking to 3 different people I was asked in a rude tone “so really the only issue is no peppers?” Yes, the only issue is there are no peppers in my spicy sub....They also notoriously forget items like chips and cookies when I get it delivered and I don’t like to call and complain since it is only a couple bucks but it’s not something that should be looked over so much. Update March 2024: Ordered the beach club, Jimmy John's this is what I got tonight for an almost $9 sandwich....where is the turkey Jimmy? :(

The food was great and Marcus was a pleasure to deal with .. definitely going back to this location ..

Food is not worth it. It’s the same as buying food from the grocery store.
