It's Papa Johns, they are all pretty much the same. Forgot one of my pizzas, called up and was told to come down and get it after I had it delivered. Showed up next day and got a coupon for a free pizza. Coupon expired thats on me though.
Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Says delivered but was never delivered! Once I called to see what was happening the lady was SUPER rude basically said not her problem and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager!!!! I demand a refund and someone from corporate contact me!
Ordered a pizza and they put the pepperoni under the cheese and the lady gave me attitude saying that's how you make a pizza the cheese goes on top of the pepperoni
Oh thank you Papa John’s I know when I order a fresh hot pizza I expect it to be just left outside in 17degree weather so when I do find it, it’s like taking it out of the fridge. Shaq would not be happy about this you should really try and do better!! Ps Pizza is still great! Have a great day hope y’all stay warm
Tony claimed to be the manager and promised to remake my pizza that THEY MESSED UP. Pizza never showed up they left me with a pizza I couldn't eat after waiting 2 hrs. I have an allergy to cheese so I made sure I ordered my pizza with no cheese. When I called back to get an update Tony refused to answer my call. I don't recommend this store.
Ordered online for pickup, took an hour and half, pizza was missing toppings, wings weren't sauced, wrong dips, and missing an entire other item from order..... save yourself the trouble and order from Dominos

I ordered a spicy sausage, chicken and spinach pizza and 2 orders of spicy lemon pepper wings. My order was wrong and Tony was very nice and understanding. He was willing to replace the whole order and pay for delivery. My husband and I decided that we wanted to reorder our replacement order and no one ever answered the phone after calling multiple times for over a hour. My husband ended up having to go to the store and Tony remade the wings. However, the order was still incorrect. He informed us that they are short staffed! I called multiple times in the last week to speak with a manager and no one answered. I went to the store on yesterday to speak with the manager (Jack). He was very rude to me and his customer service is absolutely terrible! As a manager, he needs better training or doesn’t need to be a manager. He slammed his hand on the counter at me, asked me what do I expect or want him to do. I told him that I would just come back and talk to Tony. He told me that Tony can’t make any decisions, he’s not a manager; he’s just a crew manager. Which he contradicted himself! He walked off shaking his head and slid my receipt at me. He will definitely lose a lot of customers with that attitude and demeanor! However, Tony professional and has great customer service. Jack could learn from him. He claimed that his name is Jack but I honestly don’t know if it’s really his name.
