Japango

The first time I went the guy at the counter was super helpful talked me through the menu and the food was ok, this second time (11/16/22) was not the best experience the girl at the counter wasn't friendly when I thanked her for my food she didn't even respond or look me in the face she just put the bag on the counter drove over 40 mins and it was definitely not worth it this time around the food was also scattered and very messy in the box.

Do you like Boba Tea and Macarons? If the answer is yes to both or even one of these, then Japango is your type of place! Unfortunately, Japango discontinued their amazing Sushi Boxes on December 18th. But we had the opportunity to visit a week before, right after learning these will be gone and we definitely loved them. They did offer a great variety of rolls and sides to built the perfect box. Also, we tried their delicious Boba Teas and Macarons for which they also have a large variety of flavors. We had the coffee boba tea with milk and the mango boba tea. THOSE LOOKING TO GET SUSHI HERE. PAY ATTENTION! They no longer serve sushi. I called and they are only serving boba tea and other things than sushi. Disappointing! Considering there are photos of sushi still on the page (from 2 weeks ago), you would think they still serve sushi. Hope I can help somebody else from disappointment.

First time we went the food was great but I just went to pick up sushi for someone else. I expressed multiple times that there couldn't be dairy because the person who'd be eating it had an allergy and it looks like they made it with cream cheese and scooped it out after the fact. I understand that cream cheese on sushi is common but I was told it would be left off. I tried to call about the issue and they didn't answer multiple times. I don't want a refund or anything I just want to let them know that when stuff that someone is allergic to just gets scraped off it still can't be eaten.

I’ve never had boba tea or anything similar before and I was able to try this place out as a free treat from my employer. I got the Almond Joy Milk Tea with almond milk instead of regular milk. Delicious! And quick. Would recommend.

So upsetting to drive 35 minutes to find out they no longer sell sushi. They should really remove their Google page or mark as closed because “Japango” no longer exists. This was the only place my husband and I truly enjoyed vegan sushi.

Unfortunately all the sushi boxes have been discontinued, including the vegan options. This is a super disappointing decision by the new management, I would absolutely come back for the sushi. I used to frequent this place because they had excellent vegan plant-based sushi combos and many vegan milk tea options that are hard to find, like Thai tea.
