After reading numerous reviews lauding the authentic Thai experience this restaurant supposedly offers, my visit was nothing short of disappointing. The Pad Se-Ew, a dish I looked forward to as a benchmark of authentic Thai cuisine, was a letdown. The rice noodles barely made the grade, but the beef was inexcusably dry and tough, the broccoli was undercooked to the point of being almost raw, and the egg was carelessly burnt. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for the culinary finesse that Thai cooking is renowned for. Frankly, with the level of cooking demonstrated, it’s hard to imagine these dishes passing muster in Thailand itself. It's a disservice to Thai cuisine and misleading for customers seeking an authentic experience. This experience was a stark reminder that not all claims of authenticity should be taken at face value
