Insomnia Cookies

Normally when I go into this location I receive the best service, I just went in today (4/10) and received the worst services, a young lady who claimed to be the “assistant manager” was extremely rude and impatient, several customers left while I was being serviced because of her rudeness, I honestly don’t think she’s the best fit for this location and I won’t be a returning customer anymore.

How is google averaging the stars for this place when most reviews are 1/2stars and are terrible. First and foremost they are almost NEVER open. They open late and close earlier and no one ever answers the phone.

Familiar with Insomnia Cookies. First time ordering from this location. The service was fast. The cookies were broken and poorly placed in the box. Disappointed in the look of the cookies and the service.

The staff is so wonderful polite and easy going.Tje cookies are unbelievable delicious.

I love insomnia cookies. I never have a problem with getting my cookies shipped. I’ve wanted to try their brownies because I can’t get them shipped, so I decided to actually drive an hour and 20 minutes to experience in person for myself, at the Hyde Park location to try the brownies. Not only DID THEY NOT HAVE the brownies, The young lady inside Insomnia gave a very unpleasant welcoming. I don’t know if she was having a bad day today, BUT I shouldn’t have to experience that. If you’re looking for great customer service I’m sure you will not find it here. Will not be returning to this location. Sidenot, this was at 1pm.

Came in and stood looking at the menu for a while just to get told they weren’t taking any orders. Waste of a trip.

No cookies at 115pm. I will come back again
