Visiting my home town and my sister recommended this place. Sorry to say but I will not be ordering from there again. The chicken was very greasy and was pink on the inside, the fries were overcooked and hard. The phone customer service was ok. My 12 year old was like “ mom, this what you grew up eating”?? Very unimpressed. I had to tell her nope, my go to is Harold’s Chicken!!

Don't waste your time or money. First and last time I would order from here. After putting my order in for delivery, was given an estimated delivery time of 60min. 75 min after putting my order, I called to have an update of my order. Was told driver was on the way. 15 min later, nothing. Called in again and said the same thing. 1hr 45 min after putting the order in and 30 min after I've been told the driver was on the way, called back and cancel. Didn't want a cold pizza either. FYI, this happened a few days ago, before anyone starts to say it was because of the snow today

Ordered for delivery called me to go outside like a normal pizza delivery when the guy gets here wants me to walk up to his car and get it like what is the point of delivery he came up with the it’s a curbside pick up

From the manager/supervisor to cashier to driver they all have bad attitude like someone did something to them if you don’t like working there why not find a better job ain’t no way they talk and treat customers like they do and still ain’t close but it’s coming soon this place so ghetto don’t waste you time fr order from natys from across the way they are beyond polite and great customer service drive come on time not drunk or high with attitudes if you have a issue their manager won’t act like a child but a actually manager

I’ve ordered here a few times 3 to be exact this pizza tastes old and the cheese really can be sour! That is gross seriously sour cheese makes sour pizza u guys are sick! We must boycott them and if we just didn’t support them for 1 month they would go out of business! They need us but taking smart Aw ok so I’ll report u ALL to the bbb and see how slick your mouth is with them!? Also I’ll be sending health inspectors to check u all out with the violation codes u have Aw ok

Terrible customer service when placing order over the phone.

I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH PAPA T’S!!!! I order from papa t’s three times a week faithfully(food not that great)Just to support the business in my neighborhood. Today 30 minutes ago I placed a phone order like I do three days out the week. Travel 5 miles there walking/bus and the debit/credit card machine is down. Why no one told me this over the phone? The young that works the window knows I order there three times a week. Instead of her saying “sorry for the inconvenience I know you are a regular customer it’s on the house” That’s great customer service. Me and my family been supporting papa t’s over 20 years BTW the total was $14.28 I’m sure that $14.28 wasn’t worth losing a valuable/faithful customer. From now on I’ll just go to the Little Caesars or Harold’s Chicken right there next to papa t’s UNBELIEVABLE!!!

One of the delivery drivers hit someone off of their bike and instead of the driver being cooperative he was yelling at the person in the bike. The manager came out and instead of fixing the situation he kept asking the guy to leave! Terrible people.
