Great and funny service. Food is above par as well.

They gave a customer their order even though it was placed to be delivered by telling a sob story of waiting too long. If the customer thought to tipped AT ALL he would have had his ordered delivered across the street where he lived. Shame on that employee that gave the customer their order. We drivers have to make a living too!

This place should be busier than it is. My coworker and I eat here at least once a week. The smoke wings with chipotle honey sauce is the best!!!!

Me and My sister went here in order 24 wings and fries. 12 hot and 12 mild . My sister ask the lady could she put them in separate box. She said yes . She ask the guy who was cooked the wings, could he put the wings in separate box he got mad put he put in there any way. she told him you forgot to put one of the sauce in the box . He got mad again throw the sauce across the counter. Bad Customer Service. We got home the wings wasn't cooked all the way thu they was raw. We but them back in the oven . Why we didn't go back because we don't stay close by there. I will not return back here Bad Customer Service and raw wings .

So this was my last time patronizing this establishment. I have been there maybe 4 times on the past several years as I have really tried to give them a chance. For todays Issue, I tried to order online at 8:30 PM since they close at 10. the site says they are not taking orders or they are closed. I next called and it was a busy signal at 8:35PM. I ultimately go to the store since its within 3 miles. The store is open but they are cleaning up and laughing maniacally as I walk in to the store from some conversation they were having. After they finished I was acknowledged and asked what I wanted. Its 8:50PM. I get my food and shame on me for not checking but they shorted me 6 wings and gave me someone else fries as I did not order them. Of course they don't answer but 5 minutes to close when I get home so i could not go back. Unfortunately, this has happened more times than not as its consistently getting worse. I think the customer service there is horrendous... better off closing that location. I will contact corporate and also express my displeasure.

Was craving Hooters while driving through the area and didn't want to drive out to my go to location in Marietta. We order a couple of combos and funnel cake fries. My first issue is that their website doesn’t allow you to choose an option for no extra sauce with the funnel cake fries, so we were forced to pay it. But as you can guess, we didn’t get the extra sauce. The second issue, on one of the wing combos we ordered the lemon pepper rub and paid extra for all flats, but yet again, we didn’t get either. The chicken was plain and tastes like straight grease and breading. The only reason they’re getting two stars is for the Caribbean jerk rub which was amazing. The 40 minute wait definitely isn’t worth it, since half our order was wrong….we won’t be returning.

It will do in a pinch. Fast and conveniently located, but nothing to write home about. Basic wings. Some flavors like the parmesan are way too saucy. I don't think they give much thought to preparation and/or presentation. But it is your basic wing shop.

Just getting off work, and this is my dinner. Extremely poor and rude customer service. No one acknowledges me when I came in extremely rude. They're sitting down, they're talking, and then they serve me this.

Grabbed a late night meal after a movie. Wish places around the theater closed a little later than 11p. Ordered a 10 piece breaded lemon pepper wings with curly fries and a drink. The cashier and cook provided exceptional customer service. The wings could have been seasoned a little more but were edible. My only issue was the guys walking around sagging (underwear/butt showing). That practice shouldn't be allowed in a business that sells food-kind of disgusting.
