Staff were a lot of fun and did their best to accommodate us despite being very busy. Food was above average and I’d recommend it to locals or anyone visiting from out of town. Vegetarian options: Not many veg options but in the Midwest not surprising.
Had a party of 16 and it went smoothly
The food, service, and atmosphere are wonderful but it can be a little loud in the evenings if that's not your thing. It's musical and fun loud but still could be too much for sensitive people.
I decided to try Huvana Rumba today for the first time and I am so happy that I did. The food is 10/10, atmosphere is lovely and the service is quick and as friendly as it gets. I ordered the Cuban coffee to start, it was strong and very good. For dinner I got the ZARZUELA DE MARISCOS, a Traditional Spanish aromatic seafood stew. It was DELICIOUS and so flavorful, may have been the best soup I’ve ever had + it was a ton of food!!! the plantains on the side were cooked perfectly, very yummy & sweet. My boyfriend ordered the SANDWICH DE PESCADO, a Grilled Swai fish fillet on a soft bun. He enjoyed it. I ordered the tres leches cake for dessert to go, I’m excited to try it. Overall the vibe of this restaurant is very festive and happy we had a great time and can’t wait to return to try more Cuban food. Thank you!
I should have came sooner. Everything from the vibe, the service, and the food was amazing. I’ll be back.
What a great experience! Service was excellent. 1st time at Havana Rumba and the atmosphere was fantastic, food was great, and mostly the price was great. Staff was very attentive to the tables and we never had to ask for anything additional. Recommend to try and bring your dancing shoes if you want to shake ya tail feather to some good music
