They mark their orders as ready on ubereats when they're not
I remembered Grimaldi’s from a trip to Colorado. I ordered delivery through DoorDash and there was a foreign object in my salad. This is upsetting because what if I were elderly and could have ingested it.
I ordered the white garlic pizza with a couple of other toppings. It was bland and didn't have any hint of garlic (don't know if it was supposed to be whole garlic or just garlic flavor, but no sign of it anyway). Also overpriced. The price isn't on the menu (as it should be) and only shows up after you order. I was charged $20 for the garlic pizza, with two additional toppings (which were scanty). In brief, overpriced and underwhelming.
Wanted to order a pizza from here and the addition of prosciutto to a 12" pizza was $5 and arugula was $3 which brought the total to an unreal $21 before any of the other taxes and fees! Are they kidding
Ordered here last week. Spent $125 to have the entire order delivered wrong, and with meats on top that we didn’t order (have allergies and can’t eat certain meats). The other pizza had incorrect toppings but was edible to us. We called and told them about the mistake. They promised to issue a refund through DoorDash. That never happened, no follow up. The Pizza that we could eat was not great and not what we’ve experienced at other locations. So overall: Expensive, low quality service and low quality food. Not recommended.
Great pizza! Can't wait to try the cheesecake. See you again.
What did I order? Chuck E. Cheese? Worst pizza ever! It was cold and looked like a frozen pizza! No condiments either! Would not recommend…seriously, cook a frozen pizza at home…much better and much cheaper! So disappointed!
