GQ's Bar B Que

Today was my for first time trying GQ and the food was very good. I ordered the half chicken dinner with collard greens and Mac and Cheese and the food was good. I will definitely be going back.

Flavor of ribs not to my liking. Of course you be the judge you may like them the service was awesome!

Update: so instead of offering a discount, giving an apology or inquiring what could be done better, owner or mgr decides to give a passive aggressive response to my review ( see below). Black businesses that don't know how to handle business continues. Now everything one star. First time having bad food here. Collard greens and Mac n cheese were salty as hell. Had to trash. Mac also looked cheap. sauce is good and spicy, cornbread was really good . Ribs were good but for $20 cut them in half is no go.

Hands down the worst BBQ in Atlanta don't waste your time or money words can't even explain my green beans were soggy and tasted like vinegar and black pepper ribs were old sausage tasted like it was microwaved mac and cheese was missing cheese (boxed mac n cheese with flour) chicken didn't have any flavor they need to be shut down

The service was great, and our order was made to our specifications. Although the portion sizes were good, the meat was undercooked and hard to chew. The greens had a large amount of pepper on them. The potatoe salad, baked beans, and mac and cheese were delicious.

Cutest little restaurant, food was smack, staff very kind! Real southern feel ❤️

Update to the owners reply. Girl quit playing I do not accept your false apology because it's clear you care nothing about the customers nor potential customers serving subpar food. Your reply was yesterday when i wrote this review a year or so ago. It's giving weird and fake just stop while you are ahead. I wasted my money and my time supporting this place and when I thought about it at the time I should have gotten a refund. In closing I could be starving but I'll never step foot in that place again! (Original review) Sides tasted like they were canned but tweaked. Meat was tough and skimpy. My honest opinion, they are cheap·skates. Will not be returning.

THEY NEVER MISS!! My favorite is the rib tip dinner w/ bake beans, mac and cheese and corn bread. I am from the country and have yet to find ribs that taste the same or better. But GQs ribs are definitely a hit. Always juicy and tender yet very fresh. Now I have one con but I understand, you can only get yams on Sunday. I have gotten lucky and got some on Saturday before. What I also recommend is CALL before you go because sometimes they sell out FAST!! Vegetarian options: All sides are vegan friendly.
