It's really sad to see this type of phenomenon happening in US. I visited this place to eat simple meal before flight. I asked employees to order food. Nobody care, and continue doing what they are doing. I sat and opened menu. prices are high and I understand that. But, what I don't understand is why, nobody is doing their job! they can complain compensation is poor compared to inflation but they need to do their job at least. Now, everyone seems depressed because life is unfair and full of anger on the face and not doing what they are supposed to do. Service is worse than usual airport food and I don't think they deserve any tip but sadly, I don't have choice. they even charge surcharge for health care etc. If they are not happy, simple quit the job and close business.

Teriyaki chicken sandwhich was good! Freshly fried chicken, soft bun, nice fresh carrot and jalapeños added in. Only downsize was not very big for $20

Airport location The guy at the counter was incredibly rude. I asked for a burger without cheese, but it took them a long time to prepare it, and when they finally did, it still had cheese. The counter guy then told me to wait or get a refund. However, when I requested a refund, he was disgustingly rude and refused to give me the refund, after a couple of minutes of arguing the manager told me to give it to me… his behavior was repulsively discourteous idk how they have this kind of people working there

Awful, truly awful food. One bite of the breakfast tacos was a bite too many. I left the whole thing, and the disgusting coffee along with it. Avoid this place like the plague!
