I absolutely love GoPuff! As a delivery driver I have absolutely no complaints. Good job with decent wages. An open mind and self confidence is all you need. Thank you GoPuff for being the go to company for every need.
Order 3 six packs, at 13:39. Meaning nearly hour and a half and the driver seems like he is just doing a bunch of deliveries at once. I'd understand that but don't make me pay tip plus fast delivery if you're going to take more than an hour for beers I could've easily gotten. Seems convenience isn't part of the store.
I ordered and scheduled a pickup for the next day. I received a text saying it was ready to pickup. I arrived and there was a sign that said closed, and the doors were locked but an employee was inside. This was during the purported hours of operation.
Showed up at 10:40 with a confirmation of my order is ready, except nobody was there! I knew there was a reason I canceled my subscription. Very disappointed
The location is so so, doesn’t really feel like a place you go for marketing. It’s just a storefront for GoPuff order pickup or for drivers to pick up orders for delivery. The pickup staff are really slow so it might take a while for the pickup to compete if you have multiple orders. I wish they automated the pickup process or made it simpler.
If you enjoy food poisoning that leads to violent vomiting and diarrhea, order from GoPuff. Unbelievable.
Tried to order twice from the service. 2nd time giving the benefit of the doubt. Products never seem to arrive. When asked CS, I don’t receive responses. Wait hours for product to arrive and never arrived. Seems as though this company doesn’t exist.
Ridiculous. Ordered pickup at 5, said it would be ready at 5:27. Got there. Man said for some reason it wasn't "packed" yet and he couldn't make it until someone authorized it. But he didn't talk to anyone and took other people's orders. I waited 30 minutes and tried to contact customer support who told me to just keep waiting. I ordered a pizza and a half gallon of milk. Not rocket science. There were 4+ employees but only one behind the counter. And none seemed to have a clue. Including when trying to get support on the app. First and last time I'll use GoPuff.
We ordered pizzas from The Mean Tomato. They were over an hour late and predictably cold. The Uber Eats driver was great, but the order was subpar at best. Cold food after a long day on my feet was just not a great way to add to my evening.
