Ranch didn’t come with my order either. You’d think they’d focus attention on the one necessary thing to add to any order for wings…sauce

Ordered their 15 wings for two combo, lemon pepper and trufflo flavor, along with waffle fries and jalapeño cheese fries. We got plain sauce less wings and waffle fries. Didn’t even get the utensils we requested either. Can’t say I’m motivated to order from them again

Didnt include some of my food or sauces. Sauces that were supposed to be on my wings were cold and dumpes on top instead of tossed with the wings. Theyre basically gas station food. Wouldnt recommend.

They completely messed up the order. The one thing they couldn’t possibly mess up was the Diet Coke. And yet, they found a way. Totally forgot it. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Stuck in a hotel for the night and saw they were open so I ordered. I should have just bought the iffy looking sandwich from the lobby.

I’ve ordered their wings quite a few times and I will say that they are pretty unreliable when it comes to following the order. However, they manage to always deliver something pretty delicious. The past few times, we had delivery notes for some extra sauces and such and they gave a ton. Unreliable but good wings anyways and some unique flavors. As a korean, I do have to comment that their korean fried chicken is not real kfc. It’s not double fried, just some wings in gochujang sauce but it’s okay.

Zero stars. This place is trash. School lunch quality tenders (lower) no sauce too. Look at these reviews before ordering on a delivery app

Ordered two different flavor wings, only got one and if that's not enough the one I did get was horrible.

So I've ordered from them a couple of times. The 1st time the order was just....cancelled on me. I thought it was a bug or something with the app. The 2nd time got everything I ordered and it was amazing! Fell in love. Well.......3rd time, some of the side items were missing but I didn't hold it against them. Did learn that the bonless wings are so nowhere near as good as the bone in wings this time around .Now 4th time, cold but still fine once I heated it up a bit. 5th time.......hurt me. I was craving the Jalapeno cheese sauce, like bad. But I ordered an actually meal and extra fries with the sauce cause why not. When I got the order, I pick up the box of what I think it the extra fries and open it up only to find a half eaten chicken tender covered in BBQ sauce. The smell alone made me want to vomit. I look at the other containers of food and find just plain fries, no sauce. I was heart broken. The bag was sealed when I got it so I know it was not my Grubhub driver. I paid well over $20 for my meal and when I tried to get a refund I was only able to get like $1.70ish back even though I paid an extra $7 for the fries . I was so bummed out I didn’t even eat the wings I did order. Have not ordered from them since.

No sauce for tenders, although ordered. Left out 4 entrees and food we received was extremely cold......Even warmed up, I feel like frozen chicken from the grocery store air fried would of been 10 times better.

Ordered wings, ranch, fries, and a drink through Grubhub. Ranch did not come with the order. They gave me a $1 back. Lessons learned: -do not order through Grubhub(deleting the app) -do not order food from Rebel Wings
