Cute little coffee shop where I got a delicious arepa (gluten free). Coffee was great as well.
Went in to get two coffees and a croissant to go. Placed our order, waited 20minutes. We got asked three times to tell them our order again before we were late for our event and had to go without our items we had paid for. It seems they do not know how to make coffee or run a proper coffee shop. Do not stop here unless you have alot of time and patience.
We went today, live locally so trying to support small local businesses, reviews raved about the coffees here. We went to try their cafe cubano, reviews stated that it was very good, at counter we were told that they do not serve cafe cubano, review that brought us there was only three weeks old. Ordered a vanilla latte and a black coffee, both very weak. Clientele must like weak coffee, cool that the cafe caters to them, they were busy. We’ll keep searching, yes I’ve had cafe cubano in Miami and south Florida, love the strength and flavor.
Delicious and super comfortable! Voy regresar, cierto!
Loved the Jamón y queso empanadas and orange juice
I lived in Paraguay for a number of years and this brought me right back to those days! The empanadas were beautifully made and the chipa! Seriously, the chipa was excellent. If you haven’t tried it then you are missing out! I loved the mate cocido and just how everything here is made with love! The owner is such a hard worker and she really cares about her customers and shop. I came in here with my little girl and the owner was so sweet to her. Support this local business and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve lived in Austin for over ten years & tried at least 50+ coffee shops. This is one of my absolute FAVORITES. It’s an authentic, unique experience. I’d never tried Cuban coffee nor pastries before—after my visit here I fell madly in love with them! Recs: the guava pastry & cuban coffee/espresso.
