This is my spot for Ube Bread. Compared to other Filipino bakeries, Gemmae Bake Shop's Ube Bread has the most Ube filling. Their Mongo hopia is also very good. More on the sweet side and in a different pastry. I also picked up a slice of Buko Pie/ Coconut Pie. Another dessert I enjoy very much. Reminds me of Sinoloan Laguna. 5 stars very clean shop.
