Flex Mussels

Went back and they are way better. Looks like they got the kinks out bravo. Great time Horrible front of house experience. Let me start with we are avid flex mussels fans in their previous location we were heartbroken when they had their fire and rooted for them when they reopened in the old beyoglu. With all new business a new start is difficult so we struggled with planning a get together in their new location knowing that their would be hiccups but we really wanted to rally for them. Unfortunately we should have waited longer We had 830 reservations for our large party and was seated an hour later. The host gave us a round of bubbly as an apology. We didn't expect it we were still in good spirits all good super nice of them. Then the nightmare of a waiter showed up. Repeatedly asked us for our order details, didn't advise us when items were no longer available, generally unpleasant, asked us to help him clear the table, teased one of our friends who shares in on a dish after another had left. We left feeling insulted and betrayed by a business we were a fan of. It always feels more insulting when you are trying to support a small business you were a fan of only to backfire. I sincerely hope they turn it around I only .iss the old location and staff more. The food was still impeccable but the front of house will bring them down if they don't turn it around.

This restaurant is amazing! We went last night for my birthday and the service was excellent. The food is very delicious and very reasonably priced. Our server was great and attended us perfectly! The only thing I didn't like was my drink, but the manager was extremely nice and gave me something else instead. They also gave us dessert on the house. Overall, we will definitely be back because the food and service is excellent! We absolutely loved it!

Best afternoon of our entire trip! Amazing staff, great vibe & ambiance. Best burger in the city! Can’t wait to get back- don’t miss this upper-east side gem!

Food is simply aweful. Nice service and vibe, however the food was cooked so poorly, all dishes especially the mussels. The only decent food here is the bread. Wouldn’t recommend it.
